5 star rating We had our little dog with us on a trip through Santa Barbara, and I searched online for a dog-friendly restaurant. Cody's Cafe came up, and had some good reviews, so we gave it a try. We arrived Sunday morning, no reservations, and the place was pretty packed, but they quickly accommodated us on the patio with our dog. The eggs and sausage/bacon were fine--restaurants really shouldn't be able to mess that dish up (although some find a way). The coffee was fine, orange juice was obviously fresh-squeezed and good, and the hot coco was served in a large mug with a big cap of whipped cream.The french toast was just meh, but their PANCAKES were awesome! The regular pancakes and the banana pancakes with walnuts were just wonderful.Service was polite and attentive the entire time.

5 star rating My favorite diner in SB! The food has always been good ( we mainly visit for breakfast or lunch). I find this spot much more flavor in the food then the Mesa which shares the same menu items. The cooks seem to have cooked together for a while. Claudia is the best although she has a few newbies that are hot on her tail.

5 star rating A year ago this would have been a different review. They have stepped up their game and it is noticeable. I am really enjoying the new outdoor space which allows my dog to join me. The staff are attentive even to my dog, offering a treat and water for him . Glad to see they brought back dinner ! Good Job Codys !

5 star rating Favorite neighborhood diner with all your breakfast favorites. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, & hike not places stop serving it at 11 am, Codys will serve it until 3 pm.

5 star rating I love Cody's. When people come from out of town, I always take them to Cody's. Their staff is great. Their food is great.
