It has truly been a remarkable year for us – one of growth, and one in which we have been truly grateful to meet new faces and deepen our relationship with existing ones. We have served thousands of people throughout 2017, and we expect 2018 to be no different.
We would like to thank our family, friends, and customers for helping to make Cody’s Cafe “the locals’ favorite,” you are the reason why we do what we do!
2017 has been a fun and exciting year here at Cody’s Cafe. In March, we had the opportunity to host the Mexican National 17 and under youth soccer team who were in town to play against UC Santa Barbara. As big supporters of youth sports for many years, it was an honor to provide our American comfort food to an international team. In our typical style, all meals were cooked using local vegetables, meats, and spices, and we offered up renditions of American classics like pot roast and oven-roasted turkey.
There is nothing like good food to bring a family closer. We know that our patrons love to get together with family and friends for the holidays. That’s why we take such great pride in being “the locals’ favorite” for classic diner-style meals in Santa Barbara. Lastly, we would like to extend our deepest sympathies to those who have been impacted by the terrible fires within California. It has been a difficult and challenging year for those who have been relocated or threatened by these fires. Our hearts are certainly with you and our thanks are with the firefighters who have contributed their time.
Organizations such as the United Way, the American Red Cross and the Foodbank of Santa Barbara County are accepting donations for Thomas Fire victims.
